Personal Training

Personal Training & Nutritional Planning

Fitness is one of my biggest passions and has been apart of my life as long as I can remember. Growing up I was involved in any activity I could - Softball, Volleyball, Cheerleading, Dance, Figure Skating.... Being involved in many activities and watching my parents lift weights and stay active is what instilled in me a love for fitness that has become a major part of who I am.

Throughout the years my passion for fitness has grown beyond my own personal goals and into helping others reach their fitness goals!

Whether you are very new fitness or looking to take your fitness to a new level, I would LOVE to talk more with you about your goals and what we can do together to achieve them!

I currently offer online and face-to-face personal training at The Pitt House of Gainz and Elite Health & Fitness in Williston, ND.

Shoot me a message on our Contact Us  Page, I'd love to hear from you!
